Gilbert Teodoro
Former Secretary of National Defense of the Philippines, member of the House of Representatives of Tarlac from 1998 to 2007. Gilbert Teodoro Jr. is the standard-bearer of the pro-administration Lakas-Kampi-CMD.
Gilbert Teodoro Jr. is a licensed commercial pilot, he also holds rank as colonel in the Philippine Air Force Reserve Force. At age 34, he was the youngest National Defense Secretary of the Philippines.
Some of Gilbert Teodoro Jr. platform are "poverty of mind, poverty of the pocket, poverty of environment at relationship". Gibo also prioritize revising the current 1987 Constitution of the Philippines since the economic provisions of the 1987 Constitution, most of which were taken from the 1935 Constitution, are outdated.

Gilberto Eduardo Gerardo "Gilbert"/"Gibô" Cojuangco Teodoro Jr., born in June 14, 1964, is the only son of former Social Security System (SSS) administrator Gilberto Teodoro, Sr. and former Batasang Pambansa member Mercedes Cojuangco-Teodoro. Took his elementary and secondary education at Xavier School. He furthered his education at the De La Salle University Manila, graduating with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Financial Institutions in 1984. Then took Bachelor of Laws in University of the Philippines. Gibo completed his masters degree at the Harvard Law School in Massachusetts.
